Refereeing in the Junior Development League

The Junior Development League is the perfect environment for young officials to establish their trade! Certified referees over the age of 13 can apply to officiate JDL Cup, League, and Jamboree matches.

Getting Certified as a Referee

  1. Visit the Washington State Referee Committee website.
  2. Register with the WASRC and sign up for a pre-clinic
  3. Sign-up for an in-person clinic
  4. You’re ready to referee!
