Participation in Junior Development League (JDL) signifies acceptance of the league’s rules, policies, and expectations. All players, coaches, club officials, referees, and spectators are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful, and development-focused environment.

Expectations

  • Prioritize player safety, development, and sportsmanship.
  • Treat teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators with respect.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity on and off the field.
  • Follow all JDL rules, policies, and Elite 90 Soccer facility guidelines.
  • Support referees and address concerns through the appropriate league channels.
  • Help maintain a safe, positive environment by reporting safety concerns to JDL staff.

JDL reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend, or cancel matches if conditions are deemed unsafe or if circumstances prevent play from being conducted safely. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from JDL activities.
